Full Cocktail Bar
The Hemingway's operational bar with brass tap, glassware, and seating for ten. Welcome receptions and farewell toasts happen here.
300-Plus Event Capacity
102 guests sleep on-site. Day guests bring total event capacity to 300-plus. The largest private event venue on the OBX.

The 4x4 Beach
Wild Horses at First Light
Corolla's wild Spanish mustangs roam the 4x4 beach that runs past the compound. Descendants of horses that arrived on Spanish ships 500 years ago, they are not in a pen or on a tour loop. They simply live here.
Guided sunrise tours are arranged through our concierge. Sightings from the pool deck and boardwalk happen almost daily. There is no experience like it anywhere else on the East Coast.
The beach is private. No public access, no day-trippers, no strangers. Just 11 acres of dune grass, sea oats, and the Atlantic as far as you can see.

The Mark Twain Event Floor
A baby grand piano, vaulted ceilings, and dining for 40 under one Atlantic horizon. The Mark Twain's event floor is the centerpiece of the compound for dinners, ceremonies, and keynote sessions.
The catering kitchen has hosted some of the East Coast's most respected chefs. Three great rooms across three estates give your group space to spread out between sessions.

When we first arrived at coastline Haven, we were a little taken back. It does look a little rundown on the outside and we did have some initial complaints, including the fire pit was just an overgrown area with a gas fire pit there the screens on the back porch were all ripped and broken, and it was impossible to walk on the path from the house to the beach however, you could easily use the path right next to the house, which is the public beach access. Once we did go into the house, however it was exactly as expected. The whole house was in perfect condition so much room. The rooms were all exactly as expected. The kitchen is beautiful. The back balcony overlooking the beach is gorgeous and a perfect place to relax. My two favorite parts of the house actually are the ice machine on the second floor by the laundry, which is so convenient and we used it constantly as well as the elevator such an amazing thing to have now of course at first the elevator wasn’t working, but that along with everything else we complained about was fixed in short order. The hosts were so great to work with responded so quickly to my texts and did everything we asked and more to have the Home in perfect condition, even replacing the screens and completely cutting all the grass and weeds by the beach path to make it very accessible they even put a beautiful string lights in the backyard at one of our suggestions I would 100% stay with them again highly recommend

Hands down Sky Heaven is one of the best cabins in Sevierville TN, great location you are close to every thing, really easy to get to, no deep mountain roads, the cabin is huge it have everything your family will need, our host Mantis was great also will definitely be booking it again.

The house was absolutely perfect. It handled 14 people easily with 8 bedrooms - all with private bathrooms. The amenities were outstanding, especially the pool, swim up bar, theater room and game tables. The kitchen was a chefs dream - double oven and double dishwashers! LuxStay was in touch regularly to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying with them!

I’vr stayed at probably 20 separate condos at snowshoe and this is my favorite. Looks out right over the Ballhooter Lift. Remodeled quite nicely. I really like the two beds in the bedroom for extra sleeping space. High quality cookware/ utensils. Definitely coming back!

Norfolk International Airport (ORF)
About 2 hours from the compound via 4x4 beach access. The closest major airport with direct flights from major US hubs.
Currituck County Regional (ONX)
Regional airport about 25 minutes from the pavement end. Suitable for private aircraft and charter flights.
Other Transportation
Our concierge coordinates licensed group shuttles from the 4x4 beach access point at Carova Beach. Complimentary guest parking at the pavement end for all vehicles.
