We work with print, broadcast, and digital media across all six of our destinations. Every request goes to a real person and gets a reply within 24 hours.

How It Works

Four Steps to a Successful Visit

Send Your Brief
Email a story brief or letter of assignment from your editor or producer at least two weeks ahead. Include the outlet, story angle, intended run date, and audience size. Freelancers, please include links to recent published work.
Confirm Availability
We check the calendar and come back to you with options. Hosted stays are limited and are not available over peak holiday periods, so the earlier you reach out, the better we can help.
Plan the Shoot or Stay
For photo and video productions, we coordinate access, timing, and property logistics. Commercial shoots require a certificate of insurance, a signed hold-harmless agreement, and any applicable model or location releases.
Arrive and Get to Work
We can arrange property tours, leadership interviews, and destination context across all six markets: wild-horse beaches in Corolla, Strip-view balconies in Las Vegas, slope-side mornings in Snowshoe, and more.

Hosted Stays

Media-Rate and Complimentary Stays

Subject to availability, we offer complimentary or media-rate stays to journalists and creators directly assigned to a piece. Hosted stays are limited. Peak holiday periods are generally unavailable, so reach out as early as you can. We will do our best to match your schedule to the right property and destination.

Photo and Video Production

From a solo creator to a full production crew, we coordinate access and timing across our portfolio. Commercial and promotional shoots require a certificate of insurance, a signed hold-harmless agreement, and model or location releases where applicable. Our team handles the logistics so you can focus on the work.
