Allegheny Springs is Snowshoe Mountain's flagship building, located directly in Village Central at the base of the Ballhooter Lift. All building amenities listed below are shared facilities managed and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

LuxStayUSA cannot guarantee the availability of any building amenity during your stay, and no refund, discount, or compensation will be issued for the temporary unavailability of any shared building facility. Guests are encouraged to check current amenity status directly with the Allegheny Springs front desk prior to arrival.

• Bikes are not allowed inside the condo.
• Fireplace: Gas fireplace included. May occasionally not light during high winds at elevation.
• Coin-operated laundry is in the building common area — not inside the unit.
• Free shuttle service operates seasonally — confirm current schedule with the resort.
• Early check-in may be available for an additional fee — inquire in advance.
• Late check-out is not available.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before; no refund within 14 days.
• A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.
• No cellphone service near the resort — download offline maps and confirm your route before leaving.
