THE SPACE

IMPORTANT: AS 326-330 is a package of TWO SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT condos — AS 326 (1BR) and AS 328-330 (2BR) — that are next door to each other. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Each condo has its own front door, entrance, and private space. You will book both together for your group's exclusive use.

This is what makes it exceptional: your group gets two side-by-side condos, giving part of the group a completely private space just steps from the rest. 3 total bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas — ideal for large multi-family or friend-group trips who want togetherness with privacy.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

Unit AS 326 (1BR): 1 king bed (bedroom) + 1 queen sleeper sofa (living room)
Linens for the sleeper sofa are provided in both units.
Unit AS 328-330 (2BR): 1 king bed (bedroom 1) + 2 queen beds (bedroom 2) + queen-over-full bunk beds + queen sleeper sofa

⚠️ IMPORTANT — SEPARATE UNITS: AS 326 and AS 328-330 are two completely independent condos with their own front doors. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Guests walk out their front door into the shared hallway to move between units. This is by design — it gives your group both togetherness and full privacy.

ALLEGHENY SPRINGS — BUILDING AMENITIES

This building has a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. Ski-in/ski-out, Village Central.

Allegheny Springs is Snowshoe Mountain's flagship building, located directly in Village Central at the base of the Ballhooter Lift. All building amenities listed below are shared facilities managed and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Hours, availability, and operational status are determined solely by the resort and are subject to change without notice due to weather, maintenance, seasonal schedule, or resort policy. LuxStayUSA cannot guarantee the availability of any building amenity during your stay, and no refund, discount, or compensation will be issued for the temporary unavailability of any shared building facility. Guests are encouraged to check current amenity status directly with the Allegheny Springs front desk prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• TWO SEPARATE CONDOS: AS 326 and AS 328-330 have their own front doors with NO interior connecting door. Guests walk through the hallway between units.
• Pets are NOT allowed. Certified service animals only (must be registered at the Allegheny Springs front desk).
• Trash: Please take your trash to the trash cans in the basement — the final room before reaching Cheat Mountain Pizza.
• Bikes are not allowed inside the condos.
• Fireplace in AS 326: May occasionally not light during high winds at elevation.
• In-unit washer/dryer available in AS 326. Coin-operated laundry also available in building common area.
• Free shuttle service operates seasonally — confirm current schedule with the resort.
• Early check-in may be available for an additional fee — inquire in advance.
• Late check-out is not available.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before; no refund within 14 days.
• A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.
• No cellphone service near the resort — download offline maps and confirm your route before leaving.
