We coordinate pre-arrival grocery delivery stocked to your specifications. Your preferred snacks, chilled beverages, fresh local produce, and whatever specific items your group needs are already in the fridge when you walk in. You pour a glass of wine and head to the pool.

Private Chef Services

The kitchens at our estates are built for professional catering teams. Sub-zero appliances, oversized prep surfaces, multiple ovens. A private chef can take over for a single celebratory dinner or for the full week.

They cook, they serve, and they leave the kitchen clean. The whole group stays on the deck instead of someone being stuck at the stove while everyone else is watching the sunset.

We work with local chefs who specialize in specific dietary approaches: Mediterranean, anti-inflammatory, high-protein, and others. The OBX docks in Wanchese sell wild-caught tuna, mahi-mahi, and oysters off the boats that morning. A good chef knows what to do with them.

Wellness and Spa Services

We arrange professional massage therapists, yoga instructors, and other wellness practitioners to come directly to the estate. Coordinating spa appointments for ten people at a local salon is its own kind of stress. Having the therapist come to your private deck is not.

Event and Group Coordination

4x4 Beach Logistics

Our Corolla estates in the 4x4 area require a high-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicle. We brief every guest on tire pressure, access requirements, and the beach driving protocol before arrival. We can also coordinate 4x4 shuttle services for guests who do not have a qualifying vehicle, and arrange wild horse tours that depart directly from the estate.
