My career began building large-scale power plants with Mitsubishi in Japan. That chapter forged a passion for development at scale and the discipline to build things that last.

Two decades leading technology and finance transformations for Fortune 500 companies followed, and a conviction formed: the vacation-rental industry was underserving the guests it was meant to delight. The first Snowshoe property in 2016 proved it. In 2021, I partnered with co-investors to acquire The Three Authors, 46 bedrooms on Corolla's most private stretch of 4x4 beach.

2016: First Property, Snowshoe, WV A slope-side condo and a hospitality-first philosophy earn five-star reviews and same-stay rebookings from day one.
2018: Mountain Portfolio Grows Snowshoe expands to 26 units across 5 buildings. The operating systems established then still run today.
2021: The Three Authors Acquired Mark Twain, Hemingway, Fitzgerald. 46 bedrooms on Corolla's 4x4 beach. The OBX's largest private campus.
2022: Weddings and Corporate Retreats Dedicated events programming; featured on The Knot and WeddingWire. Corporate packages draw East Coast teams.
